Your goals and duties in detail:

1. You acquire new customers in automotive business on the Chinese market with focus on our strength in product and process development.

2.  You detect market opportunities outside automotive business with regard to our strategy and core competencies and make them accessible.

3. You coordinate sales activities with the head quarter in Germany.

4.  You develop a proactive team for customer support services and optimize the contact to the key customers.

5. You promote you team and their willingness to take over self-contained decisions as well as acting in corporate manner.

6.  You operate your team consequently and clear by data and key performance indicators.

Your profile:

1.  You are a results-oriented and communicative Sales Manager an entrepreneurial personality with convincing success in the field of sales.

2.  Coming from mechanical or economical engineering you grow into sales leadership by R&D or key account management.

3.  You know how to structure the sales process and the department.

4.  You are a skilled negotiator and able to represent your opinion constructive to the in- and outside.

5.  Goal orientation, authority and strong leadership skills you own as well as having a good intuition for human being, markets and situations.

6. You are willing to think conceptual and strategic and to delegate responsibilities.

7. You can motivate yourself and others to follow the same goal.

8. You can speak and write English fluently. German will be helpful but is not a must.

福益柯汽车系统（上海）有限公司成立于2012年，注册资金300万美金。主要经营范围为生产、加工、组装精密模具、塑料制品、印刷电路、传感器、离合器控制器零件、汽车零部件等，属于生产制造型企业。

本公司由德国Quarder集团和新加坡***工程公司合资建立，公司现主要产品为汽车双离合变速箱的阀门连接器，产品供应给大陆。

本公司为德国大众协同一汽大众，上海大众特定双离合变速箱指定品牌。我们的产品涵盖：复杂的生产流程，精密的技术要求以及全球一流的过程控制。产品主要使用客户群体以德系车为主，包括德国宝马，保时捷，大众。并积极开发与国产自主品牌的合作。希望能将先进的技术和生产理念在中国市场拓展开来，并积极学习和适应本土化生产，达到技术和效益的完美结合。

2015年，公司面积由原来的800平方米扩展到2500平方米，来自大众、采埃孚、PMDM等客户的新项目设备也已从德国总部转移过来，并逐渐投入生产。全自动化的生产区域，专注于复杂精密的模具、精良的灌胶工艺以及一流的工业自动化制造。公司从德国引进一条全自动化的生产线，由德国Erwin Quarder公司派遣经验丰富的工程师前往工厂调试培训。公司依据客户要求，对洁净度、质量体系建立了一套严密的控制流程。2012年11月全面量产以来，运行良好，质量优越，被客户评为年度***供应商。
