Report to: Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

- Follow company policy strictly, checking employee expense claim and keep the related expense on or below budget

- Supervise and fulfill company credit control policy, and well-coordinated with Reps and other function of factory to ensure smooth delivery releasement , assure credit allowance in line with company policy.

- Focus on cost and inventory analysis and provide timely , accurate report every month . Work with operation team, provide profession insight and analysis for any cost variance.

- Oversee and supervise cash flow. Review and release of orders in ERP within the approval matrix.

- Provide the invoice timely when the order is shipped.

- Continuously improve processes focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization.

- Check employee expense report and input data into ERP before 25th each month.

Requirements:

- Bachelor dgree holder majoring in Finance, Accounting or Auditing

- JDE & SAP skills are preferred

- Good English in both reading and speaking

- Excellent computer skills

- Excellent communication skills and self management ability
