Responsibilities:
职责与工作任务：

？Obtain,analyze cutomer demand and organize the evaluation of  lead time with cross functions for delivery of mass production

  获取和分析客户的需求，并组织跨功能团队的沟通评估生产交期  

？ Review production capacity and arrange the produciton plan accordingly, and also responsible to develop and monitor the execution of achievable of production plan for daily, weekly and monthly，create WO accordingly

分析生产的产能并合理安排生产计划，并且建立和监督生产日计划，周计划和月计划的实施,并创建工作令  

？Lead Daily, weekly and Monthly production planning meeting and organize the update schedule appropiately according to actual status

领导每日，每周和每月生产计划会并根据实际情况组织和更新计划  

？ Run materials shortage plan or MRP to monitor the status of materials to meeting production plan

运行MRP或者物料缺料并根据到料情况来确定对生产计划的影响  

？ Realize OTD and on time shipment to the cutomers

监督和确保按时发货给到客户  

？Drive improvements in production planning

驱动生产计划的持续改进

Requirements:

？College or above
大专以上学历  
？Over one year's experience
有3~5年以上工作经验；  
？Can use Microsoft Office Software
会使用办公软件（EXCEL、Word、Microsoft Office Software)

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.

Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family. We design, engineer and manufacture gearboxes, axial flux motors and its own in house designed inverters making them one ofthe few complete Powertrain drive system suppliers in the world.
