Summary

Quality oriented data analyst offering professional expertise in providing solutions for data analysis, and variable information controls. A key role player in providing quality solutions for the data analysis and information control functions of the firm. Pursue a Robust Quality management system of the firm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

？ Cooperate closely with plant quality in planning and developing analytical methods to track and close plant quality issues;

？ Highlight process/product quality issue or potential risk, and arrange related departments to solve;

？ Utilize problem solving skills (eg. 5-why, FTA, 8D) to initiate, track and close critical issues/repeated issues in stated system;

？ Closely monitor on plant quality KPI performance, coordinate and arrange resources for on-site support to solve top quality issues;

？ Plant SPV status tracking and update;

？ Lead internal quality system audit, internal process audit and participate management review;

？ Lead external quality system audit;

？ Support on China region ISO27001 and ISO26262 certification;

？ Plan CMC quality culture activity, cooperate closely with plant quality for quality culture activities planning;

？ Responsible of QRCM report, FTT and NQC report;

？ Responsible of CMC Documentation Control;

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

？ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, statistics, mathematics, or any business-related field.

？ Be familiar with quality tools such as APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA etc.

？ Be familiar with customer specific requirement in Automotive industry.

？ At least three years working experience in Automotive industry.

？ Computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Windows and Outlook

？ Good spoken and written English

？ Ability to act on own initiative

？ Good judgment, commitment and resourcefulness.

？ Extensive expertise in computer and IT systems

？ Ability to assume responsibility and perform with little or no supervision.

？ Adherence to confidentiality principles.

英纳法上海工厂位于上海市嘉定工业区，自2015年起连续多年蝉联嘉定区、嘉定工业区两级先进制造业金奖。上海工厂目前拥有成熟的独立天窗装配线8条，玻璃包边线4条。目前工厂总人数500人，截至2020年销售额已达25亿人民币，截至2021年底年产能70万台天窗，平均每2分钟便可下线交付一台天窗给客户。我们的主要客户包括大众、通用、福特、吉利、捷豹路虎等主流车企。2022年上海工厂二期厂房即将投入建设。

Inalfa China is headquartered in Pudong, Shanghai, and has wholly-owned companies in Jiading, Yantai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Beijing and Changchun. Inalfa group has set up a technology development center in China, leading the technological innovation of skylight in South Korea, Japan, China and Southeast Asia, and is making great contributions to the automotive industry by providing products with excellent quality and performance.

Inalfa Shanghai factory is located in Jiading Industrial Zone, Shanghai. Since 2015, it has won the gold medal of advanced manufacturing industry in Jiading District and Jiading Industrial Zone for many years. At present, Shanghai factory has 8 mature independent skylight assembly lines and 4 glass edging lines. At present, the factory has a total number of 500 people. By 2020, the sales volume has reached 2.5 billion yuan. By the end of 2021, the annual production capacity is 700000 skylights. On average, one skylight can be delivered offline to customers every two minutes. Our main customers include Volkswagen, GM, Ford, Geely, Jaguar Land Rover and other mainstream car companies. The second phase plant of Shanghai factory will be put into construction in 2022.
