Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Manages entire HR function (talent management, compensation and benefits, recruitment & office management) 管理整个HR职能（人才管理，薪酬福利，招聘和办公室管理）
2. True business partner to operational leaders work closely with all Heads to meet their needs including recruitment, employee engagement and motivation etc. 真正的业务伙伴与所有负责人紧密合作，以满足他们的需求，包括招聘，员工敬业度和激励等。
3. Designs, implements and monitors HR policies and processes so as to optimize efficiency and effectiveness 规划，实施和管理人力资源政策和流程，以优化效率和效力
4. Plans and supervises office and other team building events so as to ensure a good working environment 计划并管理办公室和其他团队活动，以确保良好的工作环境。
5. Ensures HR reporting is complete, accurate and timely 确保人力资源报告准确并及时完成
6. Capable of understanding business strategy and key HR priorities 能理解业务战略和关键的H人力资源优先事项
7. Other Adhoc tasks 其他临时任务

Requirements 任职资格:

1.     Experience in the HR field for 10-12 years, with at least 3-5 years of managerial experience 在人力资源领域有10-12年的经验，至少3-5年的管理经验

2.     Good knowledge of labour legislation 熟悉劳动法规

3.     Ability to work independently and bring scalable solutions in a fast-growing company 能够独立工作并为快速发展的公司带来可扩展的解决方案

4.     Good communication skills, able to influence and develop strong relationships with a wide range of audiences 良好的沟通能力，能够影响并与广泛的聆听者建立良好的关系

5.     Good problem-solving skills and can work under pressure 善于解决问题的能力，可以承受压力

6.     Fluency in English and Mandarin in both written and verbal communication 英文和中文的书面和口头交流流利

7.     Relatively good excel and power point skills 比较好的excel和powerpoint技能

Bachelor’s degree 本科及以上学历
