1)Supplier sourcing, development and auditing　　　　

2)Manage project development and sample development　　　

3)Coordinate project development with suppliers, ensuring that the suppliers fulfil the commitments of quality standard, production methods and criteria

4)Help supplier provide compliant documents, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc　　　　　　　

5)Sample / 1st off inspection　　　　　

6)Pre-shipment inspection on first deliveries　　　　

7)Work with corrective action plan and follow-up together with the supplier in regard to product specification but also supplier development

8)Continuously seek cost reduction, efficiency　　　　　　　

9)Solve all problems that may arise at quality, delivery, etc　

岗位要求：　　　　　　　

1)Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering background is preferred. Ability to read simple technical drawings and understand the specifications required

2)Need to have experience for quality control and inspection for 5 years at least.

3)Years of experience required: 10+ in Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, or Engineering

4)Ideally experienced in shop fitting / Point of Sale sourcing and manufacturing

5)Experience of sourcing & managing production facilities related to :- Metal Tube / Wire / Sheet. Acrylics. Plastics. Print. Wood, Injection Moulding, Vacuum Forming, Extrusions in Aluminium, Extrusions in plastic

6)Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Germany is a big plus.　　

7)Have experience to work with Asia suppliers, beside Chineses suppliers. 　　　　　　　

8)New supplier sourcing experience including auditing the facilities and management system 　　　　　　　

9)Experience of Project Management utilising multiple suppliers in China to bring together a final assembly for shipping
