6-    Interview with the candidates and support HR team to recruit.

7-    Plan and execute the training for the new technicians/engineers.

计划并执行新技术员/工程师的培训。

8-    Purchase the working materials and properly manage the storage.

工作物料的采购和库存管理。

9-    Report to customer the performance, risk, problems, and actions.

向客户报告业绩、风险、问题和措施。

10- Manage the risk in field such as safety, environment, confidentiality, health, injury, reliability, etc. Minimize the loss of injury and damage.

管理现场风险，如安全，环境，机密性，健康，伤害，可靠性等。尽量减少受伤和损坏的损失。

11- Ensure defects inspected ratio >80%.

确保瑕疵检测率>80%。

Qualification

1-    Should have minimum 8 years working experience of passenger vehicle quality inspection or assessment.

至少8年以上的整车质量检验或评估工作经验。

2-    Should have team management experience.

项目管理经验

3-    Should be excellent in static inspection, dynamic inspection and the methodology.

熟练掌握静态检验、动态检验和方法。

4-    Should have working experience on Renault or Nissan quality position.

有雷诺或日产质量岗位工作经验优先考虑

5-    Should have driving license of C1 or above.

具有C1以上驾驶执照。

6-    Should have positive personality and good communication ability.

具有积极的性格和良好的沟通能力。
