1.  Assist product technical development and improvement; to understand drawing and make technical process form product drawing.

协助负责职责范围内生产工艺的开发和改进；能看懂机械图纸并能从产品图分析出产品的装配工艺协助分析现场问题，并协调支持部门制定相关对策；

2.  Assist making, training and improving the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing; Ex, process flow chart, P-FMEA, process layout, standard work instruction etc.

协助负责体系中与生产制造相关文件的制定、培训和改进；例如，制定工艺流程图，P-FMEA，生产线布局图，工序作业指导书等。协助经理分解部门KPI，合理制定目标和任务分配；

3.  Assist quality control during production; Technical supporting in mass production (ability to analysis defect and improvement measures)

协助负责生产过程的质量控制；技术上支持量产生产线（有能力分析问题及提出改善的方法）。协助编制部门人员发展计划；

4.  Assist ME engineer to set up and maintain tracing system

协助制造工程师进行生产线追溯系统的设置与维护

5.  Promote the development of robustness manufacturing processes, take into account regional manufacturing requirements, interface closely with peers within the other Autoliv regional operations to routinely benchmark operations and share best practice and capitalize on all opportunities to maximize Autoliv capital equipment purchasing synergies.

促进制造工艺过程的不断优化，遵守并执行区域制造要求的推广与落地，紧密跟随各区域及工厂的标杆和***实践并不断优化生产节拍提高产能，降低设备投资。

6.  Comply fully with the Code of Ethics and Code of Management of Faurecia

充分遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》和《管理规范》

任职资格：

1.  Bachelor's degree or above

本科及以上学历

2.  Good English skills, both written and oral.

良好的英语口语及书面英语

3.  Good communication skill and aggressive working attitude

良好的沟通技巧及正面的工作态度

4.  Strong office software,

熟练应用常见办公软件
