Position Summary 职位概述

·       Responsible for the implementation and respect of Inbound and Outbound Transportation & Logistics processes at Bobst

Responsibilities 主要职责

·       Operational responsibility for the following areas at the site:

o    Inbound transportation organization and follow-up assuring delivery date

o    Maintain levelled inbound transport plan to support resources optimization at receiving area and avoid unloading waiting time

·         Normal and Premium

o    Outbound  transportation organization and follow-up assuring delivery date

·         Shipping Window

·         Normal and Premium

o    Inbound and Outbound Customs related activities

·       Support the global RFQ (Request for Quote) process for selection of service providers

·       Maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement) and SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) with transport partners

·       Organize operational reviews and support business reviews

o    Claim Management

o    Insurance incidents

·       Simulate transport costs for project : Sourcing / NPI / Others

·       Define the T&L budget and forecast for the site aligned with the Global T&L manager and the site SCM Manager

·       Execute the operational processes according with the strategies defined by the global T&L Manager

·       SAP Key User for the T&L Module

·       Premium transportation control process 

·       Proactively proposing to the global T&L Manager activities that can bring cost benefits to the site

·       Report monthly the YTD T&L expenses

·       Invoicing flow: define and maintain tool / P2P compliance 

·       Responsible for Transportation & Logistics Budget and Forecast definition and compliance

·       Main KPI’s

o    Shipment on time

o    Inbound transportation on time

o    T&L Budget Compliance

o    P2P Compliance

Other responsibilities

·       Transit times from the suppliers to Bobst and from Bobst to the different regions where the site has Customers

o    Validation

o    Maintenance

·       Coordinate external logistics activities for Bobst – 3rd party logistic providers

·       Returns to suppliers

·       Bonded Material verification with Customs every year.

·       Apply for Certificate of Origin.

·       Check all shipping documents including B/L, L/C and upload to SAP in time.

·       Cooperate with Production Planning to book space proactively.

·       Cooperate with Head Office Customer Service & Export team.

·       Other miscellaneous transports required

17. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical field

19. Minimum 10 years work experience in T&L Operations on an Industrial/Manufacturing environment
20. Minimum 5 years work experience as T&L Supervisor
21. APICS CLTD is preferred.
