Requirement

  

• At least 2 years working experience, with project management experiences preferred.
• Solid business knowledge and IT experience in domestic retail market is a must
• Familiar with supermarket or franchise stores related retail software solutions is a plus
• Development experience on Java or C# is preferred
• BA experience and background is a plus
• Strong learning spirit
• Good communication skill with both written and oral English
• Strong ownership and leadership to lead project from opportunity to success
• Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure

  

  

Main responsibilities

  

• Manage project by following defined project management processes and tools
• Work with BA and technical lead to prepare and present technical and commercial proposal.
• Lead bidding process.
• Define and manage project objective, scope, tasks, timeline; and deliver the agreed work within defined timeline.
• Control the delivery scope, manage customer expectation
• Strict P&L oriented cost control and commercial issue follow-up
• Report project status regularly and raise escalation timely
• Provide continuous improvement through identifying best practices in product and project processes
• Frequent domestic travelling on demand
