岗位描述：

1. 根据公司的业务需求，梳理业务流程，制定IT需求分析；

2. 负责Web后端IT系统得需求分析，功能与架构设计， 开发与测试， 以及方案的实施落地；

3. 负责后端Web性能和数据库访问性能调优；

1. To understand business requirements, to make clear business flow, and to make analysis of IT requirements;

2. Responsible for requirements analysis，functionality and ARCH designing，development and verification，as well as solution deployment;

3. Responsible for performance improvement and optimization of back end;

岗位要求：

1. 软件工程或计算机科学学士以上学历；

2. 3年以上Web后端软件开发经历， 能够利用Web后端技术构建高性能Web应用；有可展示的后端作品优先考虑；

3. 熟练掌握.net framework、.net core，3年以上微服务架构分布式系统开发经验；熟熟练掌握C#、MVC等.Net语言；熟练掌握.Net框架访问 MySQL数据库服务；

4. 熟练掌握和调优关系型数据库MySQL；

5. 精通HTTP、HTTPS、IP/TCP协议原理；

6. 熟练掌握Linux操作系统，对常用命令运用娴熟，能够根据实际需要快速编写shell脚本；

7. 熟练掌握软件开发设计模式，熟悉UML建模；遵循良好的编程规范，对编写高质量、高性能代码有较高追求；

8. 具有良好的分析和解决问题的能力，能独立承担任务、有系统项目进度把控能力；

9. 性格开朗，目标明确，自我驱动，承压能力强，学习能力强，团队协作能力强。

1. Bachelor degree or above of software engineering and computer science;

2. 3 years’ experience of back-end designing and development, able to construct high performance web application; proven achievements or works are preferred;

3. Master of .Net Framework, .Net Core; 3 years’ experience of micro-arch development; proficient with C#, MVC etc.,; proficient with framework access to MySQL DB;

4. Ability to debug and optimize performance of MySQL DB;

5. Understanding HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP etc.

6. Familiar with Linux-alike OS and common commands, able to program Linux script on demands;

7. Familiar with designing methodology of software development(top-down, or bottom-up), familiar with UML modeling;

8. Good programing style, compliance with good programming norms, having willing to write high quality programs;

9. Ability to face challenges, to lead project development and control the whole project progress; experience of team leader preferred;

10. Open-minded, target-driven, self-motivated, work on pressure, ability to learn new stuff, good team-working;
