职位描述
Key Roles and Responsibilities：
?Drive growth by enabling a highly accurate demand plan through working and coordinating with different countries/regions (Thailand, Taiwan, Europe, etc) and local sales team;
?Analyze all data pertinent to create the sales forecast and respective inventory targets;
?Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
?Coordinate with Customs agency to handle all import relative affairs; including preparing kinds of customs clearance documents, track the shipment timely to meet sales requirements, etc;
?Ensure the compliance of Customs，CIQ and Government rules and Affiliates Requirement.

Know how, skills and knowledge：
( a) Education, qualifications and training
?Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in supply chain, logistics, planning relative;
?Strong analytical abilities, data driven.
?Strong knowledge of demand planning process;
?Fluent English required both on writing and communication
(b) Experience or skills required
?5+ years of experience in demand planning;
?Relative experience in customs affairs;
?Skillful in SAP/
?Knowledge in S&OP
(C) Specialized knowledge or skills required
?With knowledge of food import and export regulation and process is preferred.
