General Position Description

1. Support service team to reach annual regional targets (parts revenue, margin and customer satisfaction)

2. Work for daily parts business to improve parts KPIs

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

1. Deal with the daily parts orders, follow up the order delivery and make sure all the orders completed on time

2. Collect information from customer and market to make rolling forecast and stock orders, therefore, to improve parts availability and stock turns continuously

3. Follow up parts backorders and push to fulfill customer orders as scheduled

4. According to customer feedback information to give price policy suggestions, work and execute company’s parts policy and parts promotion

5. Provide parts support to after sales service and sales when needed

6. Improve parts logistics services and speed up parts delivery time

7. Parts sales report and analysis

                                                                                                                                               

Experience & Qualifications

1. College degree or above

2. 1~2 related working experience in order management is preferred

3. good in Chinese Mandarin and good command of oral and written English.

4. Having know-how of manufacture ERP system (Kingdee K3)

5. Possess a high level of integrity, honesty and trust

6. Diligent, engagement, patient, careful and with team spirit
