The candidate is required to utilize rendering skills to create cutting-edge photorealistic architectural images. The candidate should be able to manage workload and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment

Duties:

• Perform all phases of architectural work including concept, planning, designing and overseeing the construction
• Create 3D models with comprehensive lighting and materials rendering packages
• Good skill at Auto CAD drawings to develop technical drawings
• Develop strong partnerships with design managers, consulting architects, & internal partners to attain required project specific information
• Ability to read architectural documents and millwork-level drawings & details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Professional Degree (Architecture / Interior Design preferred)
• 3-5 years' experience Required
• Technical Knowledge in: Auto CAD + 3DS MAX Vray / SketchUp  (preferred softwares)
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Have demonstrated skills in texturing, lighting the creation of photo-realistic renderings
• Have strong skills in CAD drawing development (technical drawings)
• English and Chinese speaking is required

Internship

All senior university students with three years of study in the field of Architecture / Interior Design / Product Design / Graphic Design are invited to apply for this position at our studio. Preference will be given to candidates that will be available for a six-month period.
