3、负责制定综合管理部制度标准与工作流程，考核部门员工的绩效；

4、负责与公司其他部门沟通协调，做好后勤支持与保障工作；

5、负责保证公司内部管理体系的完整和平稳运行；

6、负责公司行政管理、品牌、公关外联事宜，以及企业文化的建设；

7、负责公司内控，内审工作；

8、负责公司年度总结报告的撰写工作；

9、服务总经办，做好总经办安排的其他工作。

珉钧集装箱服务（上海）有限公司由（香港）Greating Fortune Ltd.Co.全资投资成立。
Greating Fortune (Shanghai) Container Service Co. is invested by Greating Fortune Ltd.Co.(Hong Kong).
公司在上海外高桥经营近20万平方米的专业化集装箱堆场，为海运客户提供普通集装箱堆存、检验、维修、冷藏集装箱PTI、维修、罐式集装箱检验、清洗、维修等现代物流服务。
Greating Fortune (Shanghai) Container Service Co. is managing a 200000M2 container depot in Shanghai and supplying service as below： container storage/ dry container inspect and repair/reefer container PTI and repair/tank container inspect、 cleaning and repair.
珉钧集装箱堆场位于上海浦东外高桥集装箱码头4期5期港外，距码头闸口300米左右。紧邻上海外环路（A20）/洲海路。
Greating Fortune (Shanghai/Pudong) Container Depot is located at Shanghai Pudong Wai gao qiao, near by No.4 & No.5 Wai Gao Qiao Container Terminals and A20 high speed road. The distance from our depot’s gate to No.4 Wai Gao Qiao Container Terminal’s gate is only 300M.
