职位描述
1.Implement Lean & 6 Sigma solutions to achieve annualized savings. Lead to finish and upload CI deliverable on time.
2.Plant Capacity calculation and improve. Capital investment plan define and tracking. Capital expenditure request application and project fulfillment within budget and timeline.
3.Production layout with lean conception. Material flow and layout optimization.
4.VSM application, Employee suggestion participation, adoption and implementation.
5.Undertake/Coach others for six sigma projects to solve difficult business problems. Reduce cost, reduce process variation and improve quality of the operations in order to maintain and improve company profitability and customer loyalty.
Expected Skills & Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing majority. Lean certification is desirable. Black Belt certified by accredited Six Sigma organization.
2.A minimum of 5 years experience related to a manufacturing supply chain function, at least 3 years of which are in Lean activities.
3.Proven leadership abilities and demonstrates an ability to “get the job done”. PMP certification is prefer. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent both written and spoken English.
