• To focus on Korean Accounts of the company and take ownership.
• To perform transition, retention and penetration of Korean Accounts and solicit new business from these accounts to increase the market shares.
• To ensure the compliance of the preset account operations & documentation processes as well as productivity standards.
• To co-ordinate and work closely with other Expeditors origin offices to perform and meet the Korean Accounts different requirements.
• To achieve budgeted revenue targets and account shares objectives.
• To participate sales call and meetings with Korean customers, etc..
• To uncover customer requirements, qualify opportunities and propose the right solutions.
• To safeguard strategic relationships with Korean accounts.
• To be responsible for special projects as deemed necessary.
• To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department's needs.

Qualification:

• University graduate.
• Minimum 3-5 years’corporate account sales experience with the leading global logistics companies, probably best to have work on Korean high-tech customer.
• Customer-first minded, action oriented, resourceful  &  diligent. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English & Korean.
• Korean Language is priority.
• Has good tactical/operational understanding.
