Responsibilities

• Be proactive and assist engagement managers in due diligence execution, including the performance of the following: financial analysis, operational data analysis, industry research, and technical research, etc
• Draft due diligence report and prepare databook
• Develop expertise in a chosen financial services sector, including banking, insurance, wealth management, fintech, etc
• Prepare effective proposals to be used in pitching with potential clients, and manage key project management tasks across the engagement cycle and other related admin work
• Open to travel

Experience and Background

• Demonstrate an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and good commercial sense
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• 1 ~ 3 years of audit or other Financial Services related experience
• CPA preferred
• Degree from a leading university
• Be a strong and effective team player

Our Transaction Services team provides M&A support from pre-deal evaluation to completion, through to post-deal integration or separation. We help our clients identify opportunities and evaluate risks in their acquisitions, disposals, and JV structures. With our expertise, we assist with buy-outs and IPOs.
