• Execute the package under his responsibility independently.

• Ensure the tasks on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project team to approach customer and improve customers’ satisfaction.
• Coach and train engineers in this area, together with the department manager.

Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

• Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification Electrical/Electronics/Systems/
• Experience in ISO 26262 at least three years.
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations and approvals i.e. ISO26262, Automotive SPICE.
• With functional safety development process, HAZOP analysis process.
• Able to manage independently & ability to be self-starter.                                 
• Good communication ability English.
• Open mind and team work with people from different cultures.
• Experience in R & D hardware and software / quality preferred.

Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

• Management of functional safety basis project
• Management of functional safety ISO26262 following concept, development, with regards to new functions (e.g. ADAS, Hybrid systems)
• Tracking and reporting of functional safety status of projects.
• Creating project safety plan in coordination with project leader
• Report to project leader of functional safety team technical requirements
• Creation/adaption of the functional safety and technical safety concepts within basis project/ application project, safety requirement discipline, technical risk analysis (FMEA, FTA), safety concept in the offer and RFQ phase. Include of Item definition/SG/FSR/TSR/TSC, and etc.
• Coach and train and handling development team in ISO26262 requirements
