工作任务 Tasks:

1.       统计持续改进项目KPI并策划达成方案;

Summarize the CIP KPI and make a plan to achieve the target;

2.       FMEA协调员，支持研发和工艺对产品和过程进行FMEA分析，并支持FMEA软件使用;

FMEA Coordinator, support R & D and Process Engineering to carry out FMEA analysis on products and processes, and support FMEA software application;

3.       组织协调与各部门责任人/协调人识别并收集持续改善想法/项目;

Coordinator with each department owners/coordinators to identify and collect CIP idea/project;

4.       负责公司CIP项目, 指导项目并定期跟踪项目进度/组织对项目进行评审;

Take responsible for company CIP projects, Guide the CIP projects and follow up the project status and organize the team to review the projects regularly;

5.       组织项目发布，组织对项目输出/有效性进行评价并排名;

Organize the project presentation, organize to evaluate the project output/effective;

6.       跟踪项目输出并标准化, 保证项目的持续有效性;

Follow up the project output and standardizing and to make sure the project continuous effectiveness;

7.       与生产系统管理部门合作对员工进行持续改进知识的培训, 推进持续改进文化;

Cooperate with production system management for training the staffs about CIP knowledge, Promote a culture of continuous improvement;

8.       持续改进报告的总结;

Summarize the CIP report;

9.       支持质量体系管理部的审核任务;

Support the audit job of QSM;

10.    上级安排的其他任务

Other tasks assigned by Superior

岗位职责 Requirements:

·           本科及以上，工科类专业;

Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering

·           至少三年持续改进(精益六西格玛等)经验;

At least 3 years CIP working experience, such as, Lean/6Sigma, etc.

·           精益六西格玛知识，绿带/黑带优先;

Lean/6 Sigma Knowledge, Green/Black belt is preferred.

·           FMEA知识，接触/操作APIS IQ/Plato软件优先;

FMEA Knowledge, practice APIS IQ/Plato software is preferred.

·           有ISO 9001和ISO 14001体系管理内审员认证优先

Knowledge and experience of ISO9001 and ISO14001 management system with internal auditor qualification is preferred.

·           项目管理经验

Project management experience

·           良好的沟通技能;

Good communication skills;

·           流利的英语水平

Fluency in reading writing and speaking English

·           办公室软件操作良好

Good skill in office software
