岗位职责：

    

1、负责人力资源日常工作统筹，能独立完成各个模块的日常工作。

    

2、完善招聘体系，拓展招聘渠道，提高效率，保证各部门需求人员的及时到位；

    

3、监督执行公司的培训、绩效、考勤、员工体检等人事工作。

    

4、负责每月的工资、社保、公积金变更及招退工的处理。

    

5、负责公司企业文化的宣传及员工关系的处理。

    

    

任职资格

    

1、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业优先；

    

2、有5年以上同等岗位工作经验或2年以上的招聘工作经验。

    

3、针对公司快速发展的用人需求，能快速开展招聘活动并及时完成招聘任务；

    

4、语言表达、人际交往、应变及沟通协调能力强，亲和力佳，解决问题能力突出；

    

5、有较强的责任感与敬业精神，能快速适应企业文化，有主人翁意识；
