Responsibilities

1. Induction program
1.1 Facilitate induction trainings' arrangement;

1.2 Conduct the survey for new hires

2. Training management
2.1 Facilitate training arrangement both for internal training and external training;
2.2 Training database management and maintenance;

3. Training policy, procedure and application
3.1 Coordinate with Dept.manager for external training applications;

4. Performance management
4.1 Conduct & communicate year-end and year-end for performance review
4.2 Monitor the progress of performance appraisal and send the reminders
