职位描述

1. Responsible for the recruitment of assigned  positions independently to make sure all recruitment processes are conducted  efficiently and in accordance with company policies and standards to meet with  manpower needs including: 有效地开展相关岗位的招聘工作,确保招聘流程符合公司政策和标准,包括:

-Clarify job descriptions with hiring manager to  make sure full understanding of the position characteristic;

与用人部门经理沟通岗位职责,确保对岗位职责和任职要求的充分理解
-Post job precisely on the website, Screen CVs and source candidate to make sure the recommended candidates meet minimum position requirements
招聘网站上发布招聘信息,进行简历筛选,搜索合适的候选人,保证推荐的候选人满足岗位要求
-Conduct the 1st round interview and coordinate all interviews arrangements to make sure the smooth of interview process
对候选人进行初面,与用人部门经理/总经理(如有必要)协调面试时间确保面试顺利进行
-Coordinate on offer process including compensation package negotiation taking into consideration of salary range of internal similar position, background of candidate, previous C&B proof. Offer needs to be approved by line manager/HR manager/General manager. Reference check
协调录用流程,包括:新增/替代岗位时,在候选人入职前,结合考虑公司内部相同岗位的薪资范畴,根据候选人的背景、上家公司的薪资待遇,进行背景调查,和候选人进行薪资谈判并敲定合理的薪资水平。薪资的最终确认需要部门经理/HR Manager/总经理的审批
-Help new employee with on board process: collect and check the documents from the employees for the signing of employment contract, orientation training on HR policies, communication with CIIC for social insurance and housing fund registration.
新员工入职管理:收取检查入职文件,签署合同,进行入职培训,与中智就新员工的社保和公积金登记转移保持沟通F
- Follow up the new employees’ progress during their probation period in order to facilitate their intergradation in the company;
对新员工试用期内工作表现的跟进,帮助新员工适应新工作环境
2. In charge of staff’s contract renewal, movement,dismissal, exit program etc;
员工的合同续签,调岗,解聘,离职等
3. Calculate monthly payroll and arrange related payment timely and accurately
每个月按时准确地计算和发放工资,
4. Assist in the preparation of annual compensation and benefit review

协助准备年度薪资福利调整所需相关材料


5. Daily handling the supplementary medical insurance work includes insurance claim, adding new people to the insurance policy and cancel the people from the insurance policy. Make the yearly supplementary medical insurance overview and control the cost. Make the annual supplementary medical insurance proposal at the end of the year according to the conclusion of the past year

员工补充医疗保险的日常管理,包括保险索赔,保单名额的增减。控制年度补充医疗保险成本,根据上一年的保险理赔情况,给出年度补充医疗保险合同签订建议

6. Coordinate and manage commercial medical insurance program for foreign employee

协调管理外籍员工的商业医疗保险事宜

7. Manage employee welfare program, such as regular health examination, holiday gift etc

管理员工的福利计划,比如定期体检,节日福利等


8. Handling process of 'residence permit' for Non-Shanghainess employees. Check the documents/papers employees provided and make sure the truth what said on the documents to avoid the possible risks

负责办理非沪籍员工的居住证积分,检查员工录入信息和递交材料的一致性

9. Assist employee for the identification of work-related injury accident and insurance application

协助员工进行工伤认定和保险申请

10. Monitor and manage the internal sales according to company internal sales policy

根据公司内购政策,监督管理员工内购

13. Manage HR data and information, make data analysis and generate reports per request, provide related records to audit as required.

管理人事数据和信息,根据要求制作数据分析表, 提供审计所需要的相关记录

14. Have training analysis, identify training need and deliver training program within the budget.

进行培训分析,确认培训需求,在预算内安排培训计划

15. Participate in HR projects and programs by working closely with HR Manager including T&D and C&B.

协助人事经理参与培训开发,薪酬福利等人事项目

16. Support and counsel line managers with people management and labour relationship management.

在人事管理和员工关系管理方面给予部门经理支持和建议

17. Help HR Manager with HR budgeting, performance management and HR process or procedure setting up or updating.

帮助人事经理进行人事预算,绩效管理和人事流程的设置和更新

18. Other jobs assigned by line manager.

任职要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labour law and common HR processes

3. Good English skills both in written and oral, good interpersonal and communication skill

4. High sense of responsibility, excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills, resourceful, work accurately with close attention to detail, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

5. At least 5 years related working experience
