岗位职责:

1、在Petland商店从事门店宠物顾问（前台）的工作； 

2、负责接待来店顾客,了解顾客需求并提供专业服务,为顾客提供合适的宠物及其宠物商品；

3、管理门店会员并提供专业的会员服务；

4、负责店内收银及相关报表工作； 

5、负责店内商品收货、调拨、陈列及货品清洁工作。 

 职位要求: 

1、年龄20-35,喜欢小动物,了解小狗、小猫的生活习性,具有宠物店或0售业相关工作经验者优先；

2、有亲和力,善于与人沟通和交流, 

3、热情、坦诚、乐观、耐心,有团队精神及负有责任心。
