Principle Accountabilities:

  

• Support sales in convincing OEM’s to use our products, building customer intimacy: provide technical expertise in product application.

• Provided RFQ technical files (specifications analysis, BOM creation, benchmark solutions and market analysis, prepare risk assessment and technical proposal).

• Manage the integration in the vehicle of the proven Inteva products and standard solutions.

• Manage the Engineering activities in accordance with PDP process and interface the multifunctional program team:

  1. Issue & control drawings through PLM, constantly hold current level BOM in PLM. Manage engineering change through PLEX system.

  2. Leading and conduct design reviews with local engineering manager and respective Chief engineer.

  3. Support localization/supplier development in fields of materials, technology, designing mechanisms & product application.

  4. Define validation plan based on customer or internal specifications.

  5. Manage customer technical approval (locally or with COE support)

• Work with test engineer to conduct design & product validation.

• Network with Centre of expertise (and other design centers).

• Manage the Engineering activities for the product modifications (TC, Localization, quality resolution) and interface the multifunction program team.

• Support / lead problem resolution using structures concern resolution methodology and support QRCM process:

  1. Manage communication with internal and external customer (for validation issues)

  2. Validate containments

  3. Establish / prove root causes

  4. Define and implement solutions.

                                    

Education/Requirements:

  

• Bachelor degree in Electrical (for motor), Electronics (for electronics ) or Mechanical (for WR or latch) Engineering. Master’s degree would be an added advantage.

• Work experience in corresponding (Motor & electronics, WR or latch) industrialization & continuous improvement is commendable.

•  For electronics. Application knowledge of Electronics like BCM, WR controller, roof controller and antipinch feature would be an added advantage.

• 
  

  

• Broad knowledge and ability to understand mechanical drafting & drawing.

• Basic quality assurance skills & Pro-active problem solving techniques.

• Working knowledge of QS/IS & TS systems & procedures.

• Working knowledge of systems like Catia, UG, Pro-E or Ideas would be an added advantage.

• Should have good communication & leadership skills.
