Responsibilities工作职责

    

    

1.       Drive standardization and digitalization of processes, as well as communicate the HR procedures, policies and employee handbook across the company and ensure conformance during daily operations.

    

2.       Design, plan, and implement company's employee relations programs to maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction.

    

3.       Ensure the compliance with labor laws, regulations, Global guideline and company policies, monitor the implementation of HR compliance activities.

    

4.       Generate analytic reports/queries, including writing and supporting a variety of reports or queries.

    

5.       Play the role of excellence center for executive assessment and development HR related projects to improve HR efficiency and enhance employee experience.

    

6.       Other business required responsibilities and tasks.

    

    

    

Qualification and Requirements任职资格

    

    

1.       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resource management, business administration, law, psychology or an equivalent education

    

2.       Several years of professional experience in HR General management, project management or employee relationship position in a medium size multi-national company

    

3.       Good knowledge of Chinese labor laws and other legislation related to HR

    

4.       English and Chinese language is mandatory, German language is considered as a plus
