Responsibilities

·        Take a lead role in brand building strategies across all channels, define, develop and implement marketing

         strategies for the brand in China

·        Identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development

·        Manage and maintain program specific research efforts inclusive of consumer insights, consumer segmentation, 

         competitive intelligence, industry trends and developments

·        Formulate & enhance brand strategies through monitoring performance of brand marketing program initiatives, 

         progress, and results

·        Work with different parties to identify suitable campaign insights that will enable brand differentiation

·        Develop new creative, innovate, and out-of-the-box approaches in applying the brand’s messages

Qualifications

·        Degree holder in Business or Marketing or related discipline

·        Minimum 8 years of experience in similar role in one of the leading fashion retailers in China

·        Experienced in developing creative and innovative marketing strategies that heavily leverage offline and online

         mediums/channels in facilitating effective brand marketing programs and messages Strategic and creative mindset

·        Excellent analytical and communication skills

·        Very good project management and organization skills

·        Excellent in interpersonal skills, and able to work independently under pressure

·        Strong sense of initiative

·        Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

·        Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
