学历背景要求
Basic Requirements of Educational Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Junior College or College degree or equivalent qualification.

  

相应行业工作经验
Working Experience:

At least 2-3 years of similar working experiences in Archives management, Supply Chain management, etc.

  

技能和专业要求
Skill & Specialty requirement：

1. Possess good computer skill and experience in ERP system,

 

2. Proficient in writing, reading and speaking English

  

3. Possess good interpersonal, communication.

  

4. Preferable knowledge in ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 Quality system.

  

5. Well know of ISO14001 requirements and possess strong environmental consciousness and sense of responsibility.

  

工作职责权限
Job Responsibility & Authority:

  

1.  Establishment of supplier database.

  

2.  Issue, follow-up, collection of all kind of documents related to suppliers.

  

3.  Coaching suppliers to complete various questionnaires and agreement signing, etc.

  

4.  Responsible for tracking the documents and questionnaires releasing to suppliers.

  

5. Assisted in completing approved vendor list, audit plan, on-time delivery rate report, etc.

  

6. Support to conduct yearly audit on vendors.

  

7. Able to Co-operation with other department.

  

8. Follow the requirements on environmental protection of TPS and dispose the waste produced in working according to procedures.

  

9. Carry out task assigned by superior.

  

10. Obey company Rule and Regulation.
