岗位职责

1. 负责员工入职、转正、异动、离职，劳动合同续签、变更、解除等相关手续；

2. 办理员工社会保险、公积金；

3. 负责组织发展,包括组织架构职级体系管理等；

4. 协助起草和完善公司的规章制度和工作流程，并监督执行；

5. 督察招聘的进度和质量，负责招聘面试和后续Offer跟进；

6. 制定公司的培训体系，并组织实施；

7. 制定合理、有效的绩效评估制度；

8. 负责考勤管理监督工作；

9. 人事信息、数据、档案的管理维护，确保信息有效，数据准确、人事档案健全；

10. 安排公司各类例会，及时做好会议纪要，参与公司新系统上线等筹备工作；

11. 内部企业文化，员工关系，关心关爱工作。

12. 负责作好公司开展各项活动的后勤支援工作；

13. 在各种公司行政事务方面帮助和服务于公司员工；

14. 负责办公用品的购买并做好领用登记；

15. 负责员工出差机票预定、酒店预定；

16. 负责公司三会文件、档案、资料的制定，公告，整理以及归档；

17. 协助公司领导进行公司日常公司行政管理工作；

18. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格

1. 本科学历，英文流利，3-5年以上员工关系相关经验者；

2. 有国家职业资格人力资源证书优先；

3. 有社保、公积金相关工作经验，具有专门从事社保公积金领域经验者优先；

4. 熟练掌握Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint 等办公软件以及创建多种专业文件的的经验；

5. 具有良好的分析性思维能力，具备对自己的工作进行轻重缓急的判断能力；

6. 具有良好的组织协调能力，传播公司的正面形象并很好地反映在组织工作中；

7. 具有优秀的逻辑思维能力及业务敏感度,能够主动发现问题,并协调资源解决；

8. 熟悉国家人事政策、法律和法规；熟悉薪酬福利管理和人力资源管理基础知识；

9. 了解劳动法、劳动合同等法律法规；

10. 良好的职业操守，细致耐心、踏实、稳重。

Shanghai ChangXin Tech. Corp,. Ltd. established in 2003 and was originated from Shanghai Long-Distance Telecommunication Bureau. The company restructure from publicly owned coorperative into private organisation in 2003 and completed the shareholding system reform in 2013. It was the first batch of company listed in NEEQ in 2014 (stock code: 430611). Since its establishment, ChangXin Tech. Corp,. Ltd. has been awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology A1, A2, B1, and B2 licenses, have a total of 15 basic and value-added telecommunications operation licenses. They also acquired full SBO licenses for the telecommunications operations in Hong Kong in 2007 and full-service carriers for Internet access, voice, and data centers in Australia in 2018.
After being listed, ChangXin Tech. Corp., Ltd. was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a pilot network for broadband network access operation, and became the first platform company to operate CPN broadband access in first-tier cities. This approval was converted into an access network license in 2015. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on the management of licenses, ChangXin Tech. Corp. Ltd. is classified as self-built city-based and carrier-grade operators.

In order to in line with China's strategic development and better support our customers' telecom and IT needs in One-Belt-One-Road vision, ChangXin Tech. Corp,. Ltd moves its Asia Pacific headquarters to Melbourne in 2017 and become Telstra Partner within the same year to provide full range of telecommunication services to our customers.
Our customers are mainly the world top 500 corportation such as PWC, EY, Adidas, SITA, Reuters, China MinSheng, ******, overseas basic telecom operators and telecommunications service providers in specific induestries such as Telstra, Orange, CTG, CMI, PCCW, WTT, ATT, etc. (Services coverage include the following: MSTP, VPN, DIA, IDC, SIP, etc.)
