Job Description:

1. Responsible for documents preparation for export shipments and inland delivery.
2. Daily communication and management for shipments with forwarder.
3. Responsible for creating, analyzing, and managing cost simulations for freight and lead time.
4. Shipment tracking and complete/close internal and external shipping process of company.
5. Work closely with procurement for materials receiving.
6. Coordinate with vendors for the materials delivery, equipment packaging and quality following.
7. Work closely with inventory for materials receiving.
8. Record and analyze materials on time delivery status.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in logistic or related, or equivalent working experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years of logistics experience.
3. Good English (spoken, and written).
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Comfortable usage of Microsoft Office (excel, work, word).
6. ERP system experiences (like Oracle).
7. Shipping and customs affairs experiences.
8. Team player, self-management, pro-active.
9. Be patient, eye for detail and responsible.
