岗位职责：

1.精通培训，组织发展，人才发展模块；

2.主导过人才盘点，胜任力模型搭建等活动；

3.对人力相关流程、制度规范搭建和完善有丰富经验；

4.能发现业务团队顺畅开展业务痛点，并能转换成人力手段进行整顿围堵；

5.工作中擅长以项目管理理念开展工作；

6.对人力对业务的支撑手段有一定理解；

7.有人力全模块管理，操作经验；

8.领导交办的其它工作。

任职资格：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或工商管理专业优先；

2. 6年以上人资相关工作经验及2年以上人资管理岗（培训模块，人才发展模块）工作经验者优先；

3. 150人以上和销售额3亿以上的企业人事管理工作经验者优先；

4. 贸易公司、制造行业公司的工作经验者优先；

5. 具备较强的承压能力，执行力、表达能力、逻辑分析力和责任心；

6. 品行端正，较强的组织协调能力工作认真主动，细心负责，待人热情。
