工作职责:

Create innovative communication material for Chinese markets:

- Responsible for the local valorization of product 360 degree : claims, concepts, demos, partnering with local Mkt;

- Identify novel communication approaches for digital communication channels : Demos, Live streaming, Ingredients library ...

- Perform competitor analysis on scientific communication trends and identify innovative communication angles for new product launches

Present scientific evidence to support Oriflame products in China:

- Attend Oriflame Sales conferences and present scientific material to explain product technologies and ingredients to Brands Partners

- Represent Oriflame R&D at scientific conferences in China

- Present scientific product information to Oriflame Trainers and Sales attending product training sessions.

Co-Ordinate Consumer and Sensory In-Use Testing in China:

- Prepare Study documentation

- Co-ordinate recruitment for In-Use studies according to established methods and study protocols

- Co-ordinate study samples

- Process and interpret standard test data and present results for these studies

- Quality Control of test data and documentation

- Schedule external studies with external CROs or service providers, ship samples, receive reports and process according to established procedures

Monitor consumer and market beauty trends in China :

- Monitor new skincare launches in China and share within R&D, Global Mkt and Global insights

- Represent the voice of Chinese consumer within R&D

Key Interactions:

This position will require close work with the following staff/teams: Product performance Evaluation, Scientific communication, Formulation, Marketing, Regulatory, Safety & Technical Compliance, Catalogue Creative and Global Product Communication.

任职资格:

- Minimum degree qualified in a relevant scientific discipline

- Knowledge in statistics

- Previous experience in Sensory or Consumer science would be a +

- 3-4 years (+) experience in cosmetic business

- Proven track record for success in a fast paced NPD environment
