We are in need of a full time teacher for IB/AP/SAT2 Chemistry.

Salary can be negotiated depending on experience or if can teach extra subjects, such as Biology.

工作职责/Responsibilities:

1. Take part in the daily teaching activities of Chemistry, use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate student's abilities.
完成日常化学学科教学工作，运用多种方式方法引导、激励学生以提高他们的学业水平。

2. Create lesson plans, class materials and course books based on students’ level, grade, school, curriculum content and past exam papers.
按不同学生的学习基础、年级、学校、课程体系内容与历年考试真题来制定学科课程计划、准备课堂与教学材料、习题集等。

3. Give and check students' work during and after the class (worksheets) and give feedback on their progress.
布置并检查学生的课堂与课后作业（作业集）并对他们的学习进展给予反馈。

4. Follow up and update student performance on the internal system and help to develop additional strategies to improve student performance.
跟进并在系统中更新学生的学习表现，协助开发更多辅导提高学生学习表现的策略与方式。

5. Communicate and coordinate with students and other employees as appropriate.
与学生及业务相关人员进行充分的信息沟通与协调。

6. To carry out other tasks and duties assigned from the direct supervisor.
其他上级交代的工作或职责。

工作能力要求/Qualifications：

1. Language skills: Fluent English to fulfill the teaching purpose.
语言能力：流利的英语教学能力。

2. Love teaching and learning, patient, open, and caring, be able to assess student interests, needs, and developments.
热爱教学与学习，有耐心、包容与关心，能够了解学生的兴趣、需求与发展。

3. A minimum of 1 years related working experiences in teaching IB/AP/SAT2/A-Level Chemistry or study abroad with learning experience of IB/AP/SAT2/A-Level Chemistry.
最少具备1年的IB/AP/SAT2/A-Level 化学的教学经验 或 有学习 IB/AP/SAT2/A-Level 的化学学科的经历。

4. Good interpersonal communication skills and team work spirit is required.
良好的人际沟通能力与团队合作精神。

5. Punctual, flexible and can work under pressure.
守时、具有适应性并能在压力下工作。

6. Master degree and/or major in Chemistry is preferred.
硕士学位及/或化学专业的优先。

7. Familiar with curriculum, such as: IB/AP/SAT/A-Level and/or training center/academy/International or bilingual school working experience is preferred.
熟悉IB/AP/SAT/A-Level 课程体系 及/或具有培训机构/国际或双语学校工作经验的优先。
