职位描述：
负责一次性医疗器械（医用高分子耗材、医用穿刺器械、医用导管及管理）的产品设计、研发和模具开发工作。

岗位职责：
1，负责完成公司新产品的开发计划，根据客户需求进行新产品开发；
2，负责公司产品质量和技术的提升，包括新工艺、新技术、新材料等；
3，负责产品图纸、模具的设计和更新，新磨具的验证工作；
4，根据图纸设计，寻求外方协作，进行样品制作，完成设计确认和验证工作；
5，负责编制新产品相关的技术、工艺文件，协助质量工程师完成检验标准；
6，负责收集国内外技术资料，关注产品动向，为公司决策提供技术参考

任职要求：
1，本科及以上学历，高分子材料、机械设备与自动化、生物医学等理工科专业背景；
2，相关工作经验3年以上，具有一次性医疗耗材技术、研发经验者优先；
3，熟练CAD、Pro-E、Solidwork等设计软件一种及以上；
4，英语4级以上水平，具有良好的外语听说读写能力者优先；
5，有较强的工作主动性和灵活性，良好的团队合作能力；
6，良好的个人品质，抗压能力，工作责任心
