• Assistant to GM

• Prepare documents for various meetings

• Follow up the actions and report status to GM

• Coordinate with department managers for strategy execution.

• Supporting and coordinate with marketing, sales, HR and finance,etc.

• Management meetings and department meetings

• Selected Customer visits and supplier visits

• Exhibitions and conference

Knowledge and Skill:    

• Bachelor of mechanical, business, Economic, Finance, HR Language: ·          
• Advanced English

Experience Requirements:     

• Computer  skill:  Advanced usual MS office software ·            
• Others:  Good at article writing, finance or HR background. 
• 1-2 years working experience
• Excellent graduate is also welcome
