THE OPPORTUNITY

The Operations Manager, IMW China, is responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, planning and execution of the IMWCN manufacturing operations. The position effectively and efficiently manages the development and direction of the operational team, drives productivity, quality and the growth of revenue while building relationships and ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

? Manage employees and hands-on operation of the company’s manufacturing functions, whether in-house or sub-contracted.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
