Key Areas of Responsibilities

Assist the team to:

• • Define workplace analysis framework for projects

  • Conduct client engagement surveys and produce analysis

  • Perform workplace space analysis and calculations

  • Prepare pitch materials and presentations

  • Perform research and analysis for workplace marketing materials

  • Prepare meeting minutes

• Obtain and manage information from clients

• Compile project trackers and present them in weekly department meeting for responsible region

• Assist directors to engage with clients during client meetings

Required Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• Degree in real estate, architecture or related field.

• 3-5 years in relevant working experience, preferably in corporate real estate.

• Strong competency in reading and analyzing tasks

• Highly analytical and good reporting skills

• Able to understand designer floorplans

• Good interpersonal skills, excellent attention to details and motivated.

• Advance MS Excel, Powerpoint skills. Knowledges and skills in PowerBI are necessary.

• Good communication skills, both written and oral in both Mandarin and English.
