职位描述

Responsibilities / Tasks

?         Increase sales with healthy profit margins by boosting efficiency in sales efforts

?         Integrate relevant sales team work, methodologies & processes,

?         Get more output from existing sales resources,

?         Shorten lead times and remove sales bottlenecks through a coherent set of value templates, project proposals                and client communication,

?         Improve service quality through on-time deliveries, lower customer claims,

?         Follow KPI’s, with higher client retention rate

?         Situation assessment – Set Company Sales Targets

?         Utilize CRM tools and digital mareting and sales solutions (B2B)

?         Sales Problem/Challenge identification & definition

?         Development phase (Sales processes, roles , KPI’s, team, proposals)

?         Produce Sales stories that enhance the brand value of the enclosures

?         Sales assignment follow-up and alignment with initial expectations

?         Documentation and sales project management

?         Project Development Handover to production and installation team

?         Close Deals


Job Authority 工作权限:

The Sales Engineer has the responsibility and authority to retrieve all engineering, installation and production information needed to close deals.


Requirements任职要求:

?         Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design or other related majors;

?         Should have 2-3 years of electrical engineering sales experience

?         Persuasive negotiation skills

?         SUCCESS Mindset - you must have a positive, optimistic, can-do mindset.

?         Goal-Setting and Time Management - You must be a self-motivated goal-setter to excel in sales. But you also must be able to prioritize your time around your goals.

?         Lead Generation - This is everything you do to open the door for new opportunities.

?         Prospecting - channeled marketing activity to "one to one" or "one to a very few."

?         Sales Process - The most successful sales people know their process.

?         Engaging Sales Conversation - This is the heart of selling, ask good questions!

?         Presentation & Close - sales conversation puts the prospect in touch with their needs, which Sales Engineer can solve!

?         Relationship Management - All throughout the sales we advocate relationship selling!.

?         Metrics and Tracking - By tracking your metrics you will learn quickly what to do and what not to do with your time. You will be able to set and achieve goals. You will be able to improve. Remember, if you don't measure it, you can't improve it!

?         Referral Strategy - The best sales professionals have an intentional referral marketing strategy, beginning with their current customers, their past customers, and their strategic partners.

?         Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin;

?         Good knowledge of design and structures of cabinets and sheet-metal products and technical requirements;

?         Able to provide quotation for RFQs and suggest design before making sample;

?         Good understanding of capabilities and features of electro-mechanical enclosures

?         Familiar with AUTOCAD and Solid works and pro/e and MS office;

?         Full of sales enthusiasm, proactive and progressive
