Your contribution at AIG

Accomplish department objectives by support peer members and managers. Gain market share by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing Group and Individual business, including but not limited to SME, Corporate & Multinational - Accident, Travel & Health Insurance opportunities. Ensure market share is gained profitably and price accounts as per AIG’s underwriting and actuarial guidelines. Help automate of online product placement.

Job Duties:

·           Be the owner of revenue and profitability for Group and individual business of designated segment , including but not limited to  SME, Corporate & Multinational accounts under Accident, Travel & Health Insurance

·           Price / Underwrite Group & Individual , Corporate & Multinational accounts for Accident, Travel & Health (where applicable) Insurance per Underwriting and actuary guideline;

·           Convert SME product placement to a no touch automated business model

·           Maintains positive attitude to support team members  by sharing and training; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities through assigned projects ;

·           Accomplishes results by strong marketing planning with communicating, counseling, and disciplining ; deliver customer solution by developing, coordinating, and enforcing marketing plan with sales team by leverage internal resources

·           Compiling and maintaining the sales pipeline and following up on ‘live’ negotiations

·           Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes

·           Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

·           Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements

·           Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

·           Involvement in projects / regional initiatives including product development

·           Work closely with Client & Broker Engagement and Agency to ensure Accident, Travel & Health (where applicable) Insurance is represented and distributed through their respective channels

Preferred Qualifications:

·           Insurance / broking / agency experience; Proven track record of managing / dealing with health insurance or innovative business module supporter
