Expanding its Client Services team across China, M Moser Associates is looking for a talented, motivated, and energetic Client Services Executive to join our team and support a fast-growing portfolio of workplace projects.

 Responsibilities and skills should include, but are not limited to:

• Bid preparation, proposals, brochures, client liaison, coordination, marketing, and event planning
• Ability to listen and coordinate with people from all levels of our organisation. Solid ability in graphic design and being able to transcribe a designer’s ideas graphically
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, self-motivated, a good team player and have sense of humour
• Software: MS Office, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Excellent PowerPoint skills is a must
• Languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Types of projects: Architecture & Interior Design
