JOB DESCRIPTION

    

A Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Control Officer who is responsible for the compliance monitoring for QFII/QDII/CIBM and GDR clients.  It is including the investment quota monitoring, securities investment monitoring , local regulatory reporting etc.

• Prepare QDII/RQDII/QFII/RQFII/CIBM/GDR daily/weekly/monthly reporting in according to PBOC, SAFE, CSRC and CIRC’s requirement
• Perform QDII/RQDII/QFII/RQFII /CIBM/GDR compliance check to ensure all the account activities are complied with the internal & external control requirements
• BOP & AML declaration(PBOC requirement)
• Handle account maintenance including account opening and closure in according to PBOC SAFE CSRC requirement
• MIS reporting (both in country and regional)
• Assist the internal/external audit to complete the regulator inspection
• Monthly proofing review
• Internal operation control tasks (i.e. review long aging cash/stock break, long outstanding for AR/AP, review the completeness of all the control work)

                                    

    

REQUIREMENTS

    

• Bachelor Degree holder
• 2+ year equivalent work experience is preferable
• Good mathematical, analysis, and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especial Word & Excel
• High attention to details
• Ability to work independently and willing to work overtime
• Good team player
• Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
