职位描述
职责：
1.维护和更新EHS的政策和程序使之符合国家法律/法规和企业的要求。设置EHS年度目标和沟通年度计划。
2.制定风险评估过程中的组织，确保所有的机器，设备维修，安装，或其他服务活动，在风险可控的情况中进行。积极主动地提供指导，说明。
3.建立和管理EHS性能的统计和趋势分析，提供报告和改进团队管理的建议。
4.协调所有事项相关的消防和现场紧急控制。
5.监管EHS表现，积极主动地告知员工最佳实践范例，确保企业内部EHS信息的共享和及时发布。
6.确定现场EHS培训需求。指导和管理职业健康和安全计划，并监督符合环保要求的活动。
7.报告，配合公司EHS职能所需的主题或相匹配的活动。
8.与当地政府部门监管机构保持有效的沟通和合作关系。以确保管理牌照，许可证问题及时更新。
任职资格：
1.职业安全和健康，环境管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
2.至少5年以上EHS管理经验，制造业背景者优先。
3.具有国家注册安全工程师资质。
4.熟悉当地的安全，职业健康和环境的法规，标准和要求。
5.良好的知识和实践的国际安全及环保标准，如OHSAS18001，ISO14001等。
6.良好的书面和口头英语
7.有上进心，较强的执行能力和良好的人际交往能力。
8.良好的沟通和协调能力，良好的组织能力和团队合作精神
