MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

Sales Management Duties

• Achieve the regional CATS Colleges student recruitment target.
• Drive aggressive regional sales growth in line with the requirements of the CATS Colleges business plan.

            

• Assist the Senior Regional Manager to manage key account relationships with a network of recruitment agents.
• Provide training to agencies through regular visits and training sessions.
• Support agents’ promotional activities including fairs, exhibitions and interview days.
• Support agent, student, and Embassy/Sponsor visits to CATS Colleges Schools/Centres.
• Collaborate with the wider Sales and Admissions teams to follow up enquiries and applications to convert and recruit new students.
• Deliver regular reports on sales and marketing activity and forecasts to Senior Regional Manager.
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of potential new partners and products.

    

    

Marketing Management Duties

• Take a lead role in development of sales channel development (e.g. direct recruitment, school partnerships) within the East China.
• Lead on regional marketing initiatives and contributing to business development.
• Monitor and report back on market and competitor developments and trends to inform Senior Regional Manager and marketing strategy and the development of the CATS Colleges business.

                

    

Performance Measures

• Achievement of the termly and annual intake sales targets for recruitment of students from the East China.
• Conversion rates for students applying to CATS Colleges through educational agents or direct channels.

• Fluency in English.

• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, punctual and highly organised.

• Adaptable and versatile.
• Enthusiastic and energetic, with a track record of high achievement.

• Aptitude for using technology and e-media.
• Extensive work experience is not essential.

• Experience of working in a sales team or sales-focused customer service environment.
• A track record in international student recruitment.
