?Responsibility for implement global mixing workflow
?Responsibility for generate mixing solutions for specific requirement
?Drive the mixing solution simulation and verification activities accordingly
?Contribute to mixing product database through continues improvement and innovation
?Responsibility for gain new mixing technologies to rich product profile
?Lead trouble shooting activities with respect to mixing technical issues
?Build & maintain solid technical partnership with internal/external stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
?Deep understanding of SCR technology, such like urea dosing, urea processing, chemistry…
?Deep understanding in fluid, thermodynamics as well as liquid spray technologies
?Have knowledge of engine emission calibration will be a plus
?Excellent communication skills, convincing and persuading personality
?Excellent design of experiments skill for mixing performance tuning
?Trouble shooting ability to urea mixing technical issues
?Fast self-learning ability and innovation skills
?Willing to win, positive thinking mindset and behavior
