1）2年及以上公司、并购和私募股权投资/风险投资经验；

2）能够对较为复杂 、新颖的项目进行综合判断和分析，设计项目方案，并提出合理建议；

3）能够担任较为复杂的项目的主要联系人，对项目进程具有较强的整体把握能力；

4）能够具备较为完善的沟通和协调能力，在与客户、对方当事人以及有关政府部门的交流过程中表现出专业、负责的态度和水平，获得客户、对方当事人及政府官员的尊重和信赖；

5）能够对专业领域内的法律政策等新变化积极理解和掌握，并主动向客户提出相关建议和提醒；

6）能够根据法律政策和商业实践的变化，设计新的、不同的商业结构以适应变化中的监管环境，并使客户从中受益；  

7）能够协调新颖、复杂业务交易中本部门律师和其他部门律师或第三方专业人士间的团队合作；
