Catalog Operation Specialist

Team Description

Coupang Global team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Catalog operation Specialist for the Coupang Global business. This person must be entrepreneurial by nature with responsibility for contributing to a positive customer experience on Coupang’s global selection as a part of a fun, diverse, and global-experienced team. The Catalog operation Specialist will be responsible for product setup, catalog improvement and daily vendor operations, contributing to the selection’s expansion and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Contact window between Coupang Korea Customer Service team and China team: collaborates with CS Korea partners to establish processes and communications; ensure customer issues are quickly addressed.

·         New Item set up and catalog update: partner with vendor and internal parties to complete new items set up (NIS); perform quality check and drive internal process. Continuously update catalog attributions per business team’s requests

·         Vendor communication: manage daily communication with vendors regarding selection expansion, catalog update, and PO deliveries.

·         Restriction Management: Maintain and update restriction policy and documents; partner with related stakeholders to ensure policy adherence.

·         Maintain and update busines SOPs/templates. Perform related reporting, drive root cause analysis, and develop action plans

Basic Qualifications

·           Korea language skills is required (especially reading and written language)

·           Bachelor's degree in Korea language, business, International trading, finance, Logistics a related field

·           1+ years’ working experience in related positions such as product & compliance, catalog setup, customer service or sales support in an e-Commerce, retail, or logistic company

·           Good communication and problem-solving skills.

·           Able to balance strategy with strong operational skills - able to understand, deconstruct, streamline and optimize complex, large-scale business processes

Preferred Qualification

·           Proficient in Microsoft (esp. Excel) is plus

·           Ability to drive business conversation in English is plus
