Key Responsibilities

岗位职责：

1. Obey all kinds of company‘s rules and regulations, strictly follow process to ensure work discipline and process discipline遵守公司各项规章制度，执行工艺规范，保证劳动纪律和工艺纪律；

2. Assist the ME to manage the work process after release.积极协助工艺工程师对于现场工艺的发布后的管理;

3. Ability to solve process problems independently or with the assistance of ME.能够在工艺工程师的协助下或独立解决工艺问题;

4. Protype assembly include advanced preparation and follow up样机装配包括前期准备及问题追踪；

5. Tooling/fixture management and changeover improvement.工装工具的现场管理和快速换型改进;

6. 5S knowledge and practice 5S的知识和实际管控能力;.

7. Tooling maintenance, quick maintenance工装工具保养，简单维修;.

8. According to the requirements of the new project, cooperate with trial run and PPAP, track the progress under the guidance of ME依照新项目要求，在技术人员指导下，配合进行项目试制及PPAP数据收集工作，工艺试验的跟踪;

9. Perform safe production, including work instruction, electricity and gas safety, ergonormics, waste disposal执行EHS安全生产，包括操作要求，用电用气安全，人机工程，废弃物处理；

10. Lead or participate continuous improvement activity,to meet efficiency improvement and cost down.主导和参与现场工艺改进工作，满足效率的不断提升和成本下降；

11. Actively participate in training, expand their postion ability.积极参加培训，扩展自己的岗位能力;

12. Other assignment task其它由上级安排的工作；

二、Qualifications任职资格
1、Bachelor degree or above；Major in Technical/ Electrical Engineering；
1、本科及以上学历，机械电气，工程专业等相关专业

2、More than 2-years Process work/ assembly experience in vehicle assembly related industry, be familiar with assembly prcess, understand equipment/ tooling use, protype build experience is preferred；
2、两年以上的制造企业工艺工程/装配工作经验，熟悉装配流程，掌握设备/工具的使用，有样机装配经验优先。

3、Familiar with  CAD，OA software

3、熟悉使用CAD，OA等软件
4、掌握英语六级及以上语言能力，进行英语日常交流；
4、 Master cet-6 and above, and conduct daily English communication;
