2. Assist marketing team to analyze consumer data and dig out insights of consumer behavior. Establish monthly CRM reports and keep monitoring and optimizing key KPI Index, and input business insights for ongoing campaign planning and execution.

3. Explore the characteristics of consumer behavior and habits, keep optimizing the tracking KPI and technology tools.

4. Communicate and discuss with teams to solve problems efficiently

5. Maintain CRM database on a regular basis
