1.Formulation and market survey for the price of local transportation, sea transportation, and whole logistic cost in order to give strong support during quotation period (FOB, CIF, DAP/DDP) 

2.To list the locations of LH main factories and record / optimize the transportation cost & lead time

3.Record the import policy of main LH countries on L/C, quota, embargo, and import tax (included antidumping duty & countervailing tax) from China

4.Sample transportation and follow up if any

5.Support to sign frame agreement / catalogue price with Chinese suppliers

6.Coordinate with suppliers, the end users, and logistics companies to optimize the best transportation solution: cost, loading scenario, and integration of deliveries

7.Planning for shipment together with suppliers and the end users after POs (expedite, revise, cancel or postpone orders and reset shipping schedule),Ensure all orders to be shipped on best transportation solution and on time

8.Ensuring the accuracy of shipping documentation in accordance with all trade compliance regulations

9.Ensuring shipping and logistics functions are performed safely and in accordance with EHS procedures

10.Track arrival of deliveries and issue notices or alerts

11.Measure OTIF(on time in full) and lead time from each supplier

12.Follow up the payments from LH to make sure no more overdue payments

13.To check all possibility for consignment stock 

14.Reminder to book (vessel space)

15.Supplier performance report monthly

16.Packaging guideline fulfilment status monthly report

17.Collect Oversea HQ stock info and sharing to SHO merchandisers 

18.Claims involved on transoportation
