1. 根据采购策略，进行采购日常工作，包括需求分析，询比价，供应商选择，合同或商业协议签订与执行。

2. 使用不同的采购系统，进行数据分析。

3. 供应商的开发、选定、评价等管理；

4. 整合采购需求、预测工作，合理安排采购计划；

5. 供应链合规性、安全性、稳定性管理；

6. 参与供应流程管理、对应优化的实施；

7. 采购职能KPI的改善，实现合理COST DOWN；

职位要求：

1. 5-10年采购工作经验；

2. 具有专业的SOURCING、询比议价、采购合同谈判经验和能力；

3. 具有良好的英语沟通能力（CET-6+）、OFFICE（特别EXCEL）工具使用能力；

4. 有财务背景优先；

5. 有CPP,CPPM证书优先；

6. 有较强抗压能力；
